Position Overview

The Sr. Account Manager, Regional Client Accounts, leads account management, relationship building, and business development for assigned clients. The role focuses on aligning workforce development with client objectives and increasing annual recurring revenue through strategic, measurable solutions and enterprise learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all security policies and training
  • Achieve short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize ARR and growth
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet revenue goals
  • Create strategic account plans with financial targets and milestones
  • Build deep relationships with key client personnel
  • Position HealthStream solutions through strategic, value-based selling and ROI analysis
  • Accurate forecasting
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes with cross-functional teams
  • Communicate value propositions effectively
  • Understand competitive landscape and client needs
  • Develop pipelines via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Build a professional brand internally and externally

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (BA or BS)
  • 7-10+ years of successful sales and account development, preferably in healthcare and learning solutions
  • Understanding of financial metrics like ARR and pricing
  • Strong communication skills in team selling environments
  • Ability to challenge clients' perspectives and highlight benefits
  • Effective two-way communication and value articulation
  • Deep understanding of client businesses and decision processes
  • Experience selling to senior executives is preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Additional Skills

  • Proficiency in Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
