What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Interact with clients daily, serving as the lead consultant and primary point of contact
  2. Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers
  3. Collaborate with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients
  4. Maintain a follow-up system to ensure compliance with policy requests and endorsements
  5. Supervise and direct the daily activities of Coordinators, Account Managers, and Account Executives

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 8 years of industry and product line experience
  2. Property & Casualty Broker's License required
  3. BA/BS preferred
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact successfully with various personalities
  5. Technical expertise with good analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. CIC, CPCU, or other Property & Casualty designations preferred
  2. Experience with multi-line accounts and complex coverages
