We’re a specialized presentation design studio. While we help many startup founders with investor and sales decks, our main focus is working directly with B2B Product Marketing teams in the tech space. Our PMM clients create high-value "selling assets" and tools to drive revenue across their product portfolios. Often, they lack access to dedicated design teams and turn to GhostRanch for sales enablement asset creation, supporting sales with custom slides and decks—on time and on brand.

Senior Account Manager (Contract to Hire)

We’re seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Account Manager to join our remote team, managing key accounts at a leading presentation design agency in the B2B tech space. This full-time, salaried role requires strong business acumen, soft skills, and energy to build lasting client relationships that foster growth, innovation, and creative excellence.

You’ll advocate for clients and promote GhostRanch’s capabilities—leading account planning, exploring expansion opportunities, and shaping creative deliverables. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor and mentor to junior staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience, familiarity with enterprise marketing and event teams, and comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Client Strategy & Growth: Lead planning sessions, innovation meetings, and business reviews to identify priorities and growth opportunities.
  2. Relationship Development: Build trusted relationships, manage expectations, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  3. Project Oversight: Collaborate with Creative Directors and Project Managers to deliver high-quality creative assets on time, on brand, and aligned with business goals.
  4. Business Development: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with Sales and Business Development teams to expand into new verticals.
  5. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments; share insights internally and externally.
  6. Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and support onboarding; potential to manage a small team as the company grows.
  7. Occasional Travel: Willingness to travel for client events or team retreats as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years in account management or client success within an agency or fast-paced environment, preferably with enterprise B2B tech clients or at events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading meetings, writing scopes, and presenting strategies.
  • High emotional intelligence and a client-first mindset; adept at building rapport and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and project planning skills.
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity to identify needs and growth opportunities, using data and insights.
  • Passion for storytelling, messaging, and visual communication; interest in design and elevating client ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Position Requirements

  • Location: Fully remote (USA-based).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Hours: 30-40 hours/week, full-time, 8AM-5PM local time.
  • Work Type: Contract initially, with FTE opportunity after 3 months.
  • Duration: 3 months, June 2025 - August 2025.
  • Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000.
  • Willingness to adhere to Company’s Core Values.
  • Travel: Occasional for events, meetings, and retreats.

Reporting Relationship: Director, Client Services and Growth.
