Position: Regional Account Executive

This role involves developing and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing service customers within the Los Angeles/Orange County territory. The position is REMOTE, and candidates must reside within the specified territory.

The salary range is $105,000 - $158,000, with the final offer depending on experience, education, and other factors. Honeywell offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic territory and account management plans. Use a consultative selling framework to improve customer conversion rates.
  2. Achieve sales quotas by identifying new opportunities and negotiating deals. Demonstrate strategic planning with both new and existing customers.
  3. Act as a team player and customer advocate. Build deep relationships throughout the sales cycle and cross-functionally within organizations.
