Job summary

Centerfield is hiring a Sr. Account Manager to own key publisher relationships and drive retention, performance, and growth across designated accounts.

You will onboard new publishers, set strategic plans, and partner with product and analytics to uncover opportunities and increase revenue. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, proactive communication, and collaboration with internal teams to exceed client goals in a fast‑paced environment within the insurance lead generation space.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced environment for the insurance lead generation industry.
  • Dynamic personality with effective communication skills, both written and oral, capable of influencing diverse audiences at all levels.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Passion for business and a proactive approach to improving and growing assigned media partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key contact for publisher accounts, focusing on retention, performance, and growth.
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with all publisher touchpoints, ensuring publisher satisfaction.
  • Prepare implementation plans and lead publisher onboarding, presenting content strategy and annual plans.
  • Collaborate closely with publishers to identify needs, including content approval workflows, and provide consultation on best practices for solutions and setup.
  • Regularly assess the quality of media, geos, and consumer attributes that align with business KPIs.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and new accounts, collaborating with the product and analytics team to increase revenue.
  • Work closely with Ad Operations on day-to-day operational processes, from campaign set-up to troubleshooting and QA.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to determine root causes for customer success or failure, driving requirements for product or process enhancement.
  • Adhere to established processes and workflows related to campaign set-up, pixel placement strategy, creative execution, ad trafficking, and campaign management.
  • Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand client goals and key performance metrics, exceeding goals throughout campaigns.
  • Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns, ensuring success, high customer satisfaction, and renewals.
  • Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.

The Opportunity

As a Sr. Account Manager in Centerfield, you will be the primary relationship owner for a designated group of high-priority media accounts. Your role is crucial in ensuring media source retention and fostering growth by maximizing the value derived from our services. Additionally, you will be responsible for bringing on and cultivating new accounts.

Publisher Relationship Management
