Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day client workflow and strengthen relationships within CHG's Enterprise Client Solutions team. You will identify growth opportunities, leverage data, and coordinate with CHG brands to drive value and NDA execution.

The role requires industry knowledge, strong analytics, and excellent communication. Travel quarterly to showcase CHG proposals and contribute to market expansion within healthcare staffing.

Qualifications

  • College level education or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience with business analytics and client-facing presentations.
  • High-level experience with building business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day workflow on healthcare staffing needs between clients and CHG.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and that all needs are met.
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts leveraging data to identify gaps and improve processes.
  • Be adept at using CHG technologies (e.g., CHG Connect) to conduct staffing workflow functions.
  • Collaborate across CHG brand teams around jobs and presentations to drive NDA.
  • Promote the value of CHG and its services in professional settings.
  • Understand and leverage business intelligence reports to monitor trends, gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Create, interpret and present reports and presentations to clients.
  • Perform research, data, and slide deck presentations with minimal guidance.
  • Solve problems with cross-functional teams while maintaining relationships.
  • Maintain client source of truth information used across CHG and brand teams.
  • Ensure CHG adheres to client contracts and procedures.
  • Facilitate calls and meetings with clients.
  • Provide insights for client contracts, amendments and process improvement.
  • Go above and beyond to understand customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Build relationships to expand CHG's brand value and delivery across recruitment teams.
  • Drive effective communication with sales and partners to maximize deliverability and grow market share.

This Account Manager plays an integral role within CHG's Enterprise Client Solutions team. This Account Manager will oversee day-to-day interactions and workflow with existing client accounts as well as foster strong internal and external relationships to ensure long-term growth and success for CHG and our clients. This position requires someone with industry knowledge and the ability to expand market share within clients by utilizing data driven, tactical methodology., Business analytic skills, operational excellence, tactical execution and ability to facilitate client-facing meetings are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day workflow on health care staffing needs between clients and CHG
  • Manage client relationships to ensure their satisfaction, as measured through Net Promoter Score, and that all their needs are met
  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned client accounts, such as new specialties or worksite expansion, leveraging data to identify gaps and/or to improve processes
  • Be adept at using CHG technologies, such as CHG Connect, daily to conduct staffing workflow functions
  • Collaborate across CHG brand teams around jobs and presentations to drive NDA
  • Promote the value of CHG, its brands and value-added services in a variety of professional settings
  • Understand and leverage key business intelligence reports to monitor account and specialty trends, gaps, risks and growth opportunities
  • Create, interpret and present various reports and presentations to internal and external clients
  • Perform primary point of contact related research, data and slide deck presentations with minimal guidance
  • Solve problems, leveraging cross-functional and brand teams where appropriate, while maintaining strong internal and external relationships
  • Maintain client source of truth information that is used across CHG, its brands and brand partner teams
  • Ensure that CHG is adhering to client contract according to existing procedures
  • Facilitate calls and meetings, internally and with clients
  • Provide insights regarding business decisions about client contracts, amendments and process improvement
  • Go above and beyond to understand customer needs and then exceed their expectations
  • Understand and leverage CHG's offerings/value adds Build new relationships across clients' recruitment team and other departments to build CHG's brand value and delivery
  • Drive effective communication with all sales and business partners to ensure maximum deliverability, grow market share and exceed sales goals
  • Contribute to a positive culture that fosters continuous process improvement and provide insight with best practices

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills due to high level of multi-tasking requirements
  • Ability to travel quarterly to showcase CHG business proposals, analytics and core values
Education & Years of Experience:
  • College level education or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience with business analytics and client facing presentations
  • High-level experience with building business relationships
Preferred skills:
  • Work experience in healthcare or staffing industries with knowledge of medical terminology

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $60,000 -- $250,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
