Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy seeks a Sr. Account Executive to drive oncology partnerships and expand access to specialty care in the New England market.

You will build trusted relationships with oncology practices and deliver education to achieve strategic sales goals that enhance patient experience. Responsibilities include territory planning, data-driven strategy, and representing Accredo at events while traveling 5–10 nights per month, and documenting activities in Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Residence in the New England market is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success selling service-based solutions and developing strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of managed care, payer environments, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement processes.
  • Experience developing and executing territory business plans and achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel throughout the assigned territory.

Sr. Account Executive – Specialty Pharmacy – Oncology

Join our team as a Sr. Account Executive supporting Accredo’s oncology partnerships, where you’ll drive patient centered impact while expanding access to specialty pharmacy care. Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field (preferred, not required).
  • Experience selling specialty pharmacy or biologic therapies.
  • Established relationships within the New England healthcare market.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
