Job Overview

The Sr. Account Executive, Connectivity Product Sales, is responsible for selling T-Mobile's 5G Advanced Network Solutions portfolio, including Hybrid and Private Networks, MEC, Fixed Wireless Solutions, and SD Edge capabilities. This role involves supporting existing accounts and prospecting new business to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the marketplace, competitive landscape, and customer requirements for connectivity products.

The role requires working with companies to implement new initiatives, managing opportunity and account planning, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to expand product usage. It involves a consultative selling approach, negotiation skills, and managing the entire sales cycle from identification to closing.

Responsibilities
  • Position solutions with hyperscaler companies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google GCP for Edge compute solutions.
  • Combine technical infrastructure knowledge with soft selling skills for client engagement.
  • Conduct executive briefings with sales teams and client leaders.
  • Articulate the business transformation benefits of 5G Private Networks.
  • Demonstrate how T-Mobile can enable Industry 4.0 capabilities.
  • Develop use cases for 5G ANS across verticals.
  • Attend trade shows and engage with industry analysts and consultants.
  • Manage a healthy sales funnel using the MEDDPICC process.
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products.
  • Utilize sales automation tools and manage sales forecasting.
  • Negotiate contracts and sales agreements.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 4-7 years of B2B high-tech sales experience.
  • Experience selling complex solutions and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in technical sales and solution positioning.
  • Excellent presentation, business acumen, and negotiation skills.
