The Sr. Account Executive (Sr. AE) is a senior level individual contributor responsible for full strategic ownership of complex client accounts within the health plan and employer PBM space. This role leads sophisticated client relationships and books of broker, consultants and/or TPA Agents, serving as the primary strategic partner for Company level clients with high customization, elevated service needs, and complex benefit designs. This position plays a critical role in advancing organizational goals for the organization by strengthening long‑term client partnerships, increasing adoption of value‑added programs, and ensuring solutions are aligned with evolving clinical, financial, and utilization trends. • Direct client account strategy, including planning, execution, and ongoing refinement based on clinical trends, utilization data, and business insights.
  • Maintain trusted executive‑level relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants by demonstrating strong listening skills, professional judgment, and the ability to influence outcomes aligned with both client and company priorities.
  • Guide Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by setting agendas, coordinating cross‑functional preparation, leading pre‑review planning sessions, and delivering customized insights and recommendations.
  • Upsell value added programs such as AGS, medical carveouts with Archimedes products, and clinical program offerings into client strategies based on identified needs and opportunities.
  • Translate complex reporting, claims adjudication concepts, and clinical insights into actionable recommendations, identifying root causes of performance gaps across the end‑to‑end process.
  • Resolve complex client issues independently by applying deep operational, contractual, and clinical knowledge, while exercising appropriate judgment on when escalation is necessary.
