This role involves representing PPD’s Patient First Digital Solutions (PFDS) by securing and retaining patient recruitment business through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities aimed at decision-makers and influencers at clinical sponsors. The position focuses on positioning PFDS as a primary or preferred provider for patient recruitment services, qualifying deals, developing proposals, defining solutions, and recommending pricing structures to meet strategic goals. The primary contact until work is sold, then coordinating with clinical development to ensure successful implementation. The role also involves gathering market data on trends, products, services, and pricing.
No management responsibility.
This is a full-time position with standard Monday-Friday hours. The work involves office-based tasks, occasional travel, and requires the ability to work independently under stress and multitask effectively.
