Summary

As a part of our Restaurant Squad, Crew Members aim to consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. You’re going to make pizzas that are as beautiful and fun as you are and work in a cool environment with authentic vibes.

You will make pizzas for diverse customers, including pineapple adventurers, plant-based pioneers, and pepperoni enthusiasts. You’ll create an inclusive experience dedicated to making everyone feel welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Make pizzas, salads, and more for customers
• Package customer orders with urgency
• Follow all food safety and quality standards
• Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver excellent service
• Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift
• Work collaboratively with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Passion for connecting with people, including fellow Crew Members and customers
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the restaurant’s success
