Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Quality professional to support project activities across the EPC lifecycle. You will develop audit plans, conduct internal/external audits, and ensure corrective actions align with the Project Quality Plan.

Coordinate with suppliers and third parties to verify quality requirements and maintain comprehensive records. Ideal candidates have ISO 9001 knowledge, Level II NDT certification, and strong communication to manageStakeholders and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a mechanical discipline and engineering experience is required.
  • Experience in EPC projects and supplier quality surveillance is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management tools.
  • Experience coordinating with third parties for supplier inspections.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning audit schedules, discipline activity plans, and audit reports.
  • Support orientation for project teams on the Quality Plan requirements.
  • Act as a Quality auditor and close out audit findings with corrective actions.
  • Assess supplier capability to meet project quality requirements and maintain records.
  • Execute quality work per approved activity plans and contribute to continuous improvement.

This role provides technical and administrative direction to lower-level personnel.• Assist in the preparation of project audit schedules, discipline activity plans for the Quality function, and audit reports (internal and external), noting non-conformances and verifying effective corrective action• Assist (if directed by senior Quality management) the Project Manager in developing an orientation program to ensure that the project teams are familiar with the requirements of the Project Quality Plan; including other Quality matters, if required• Act as a Quality auditor and may follow up on audit findings and corrective actions• Assess (if directed by senior Quality management) the ability of the suppliers to meet the Quality requirements of the project• Assist in the maintenance of project Quality records for all phases of the project• Execute project Quality work in accordance with approved Activity Plans• Other duties as assignedBasic Job RequirementsMinimum 8 and Maximum 15 years of industry experienceBE / B.Tech.
