Addison Group is seeking a Database Developer (SQL / SSIS) in Oklahoma City, OK to support enterprise data initiatives within a collaborative technology environment. This role emphasizes SQL Server development, ETL processes, and database optimization to design scalable data solutions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Microsoft SQL Server development, strong T-SQL, SSIS experience, data modeling knowledge, and proven problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL Server development experience.
• Strong proficiency with T-SQL, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining SSIS packages.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
• Knowledge of data modeling and relational database design principles.
• Experience with query optimization and SQL performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server database objects including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SSIS packages for ETL processes and data integration.
• Write complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and scripts.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and application developers to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance and query execution.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across multiple systems.
• Support database migrations, enhancements, and ongoing development initiatives.
• Document database structures, ETL processes, and technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Work on multiple development projects while managing competing priorities.
