Job summary

VAL-CO is seeking a SQL Developer & Analyst to build database-driven solutions, reports, and ERP-related tools onsite in New Holland, PA. The role emphasizes translating business needs into structured data, applications, and insights to improve efficiency and reporting.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining SQL Server solutions, developing Crystal Reports, and coordinating with IT on priorities while training end users on ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/CS or equivalent certifications/experience
• 2+ years as a SQL Developer or Business Analyst (manufacturing preferred)
• Experience with SQL Server, Crystal Reports, ERP systems and report development

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and maintain SQL Server/T-SQL solutions
• Develop custom applications and reports (Crystal Reports)
• Gather and document functional requirements; train end users on ERP and tools
• Monitor performance; troubleshoot and escalate issues; coordinate with IT team
