Job summary

Anblicks is seeking a data analyst/engineer to translate complex data into actionable insights for healthcare and finance clients. You’ll own governance practices, design Snowflake objects, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable dashboards and reports.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in analytics/engineering, strong SQL, and hands-on experience with data tools (DBT, Airflow) and documentation in Confluence or Notion. Join a team focused on data quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL experience including CTEs, joins, and text parsing.
• Experience building database objects (tables, procedures, views, Snowflake worksheets).
• 2+ years in data governance, data steward, or data quality roles.
• 4+ years as data analyst or data engineer with strong problem-solving.
• Ability to understand complex data relationships and derive insights.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and communicating progress.
• Strong collaboration and communication with both tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare or financial data is a plus.
• Consulting experience in Healthcare is a strong plus.
• Experience with Snowflake cloud data platform.
• Documentation of data governance policies in Confluence or Notion.
• 1+ years building reports/dashboards in Power BI/Tableau/Grafana.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong working experience with healthcare or financial data (e.g., claims, reimbursements)

Consulting experience, especially within Healthcare industry is a strong plus

Experience with Snowflake cloud data platforms

Hands-on experience documenting data governance policies in tools like Atlassian Confluence or Notion.

1+ years of experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or similar tools

Knowledge of ELT tools (e.g., DBT) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Airflow, Dagster
