Job Title: SQL DBA / Systems Analyst

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a SQL DBA / Systems Analyst to join our team supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency.

Pay Range

This range is provided by CGS Federal (Contact Government Services). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Base pay range: $89,301.33/yr - $114,816.00/yr

Responsibilities and Skills

• Advanced processing of Electronic Stored Information (ESI) into multiple systems, including hands-on file manipulations and conversions.
• Designing and implementing action plans to upgrade litigation support tools within established environments, participating in Change Control Board Meetings.
• Leading user acceptance testing and validating software upgrades; creating scripts and queries, automating workflows, and integrating legal systems to improve efficiency.
• Administering database organizations, standards, controls, and procedures.
• Providing technical consulting for database environment design and creation.
• Maintaining documentation and developing database dictionaries.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with five years of professional experience, including four years related to ESI Processing or technical system upgrades and integration.
• Knowledge of file manipulation applications, scripting, and eDiscovery industry standards.
• Certification in an eDiscovery program (e.g., Concordance, Relativity, Clearwell).
• Willingness to achieve Relativity Certified Administrator credential within 6 months.
• Experience supporting an eDiscovery platform within a network environment.
• Experience in system maintenance, upgrades, and administration of eDiscovery applications.
• Three years of experience designing, maintaining, and updating databases.
• Familiarity with government network standards and security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting eDiscovery teams with SQL DBA requirements.
• Technical certifications or graduate degrees preferred.
• Experience with technology-assisted review is a plus.
