Responsibilities

• Provisioning and configuration: designs + automates IaC.
• Backup/Restore: designs policy; tests DR/PITR.
• Patching: plans & leads cycles.
• Performance Tuning: systematic tuning w/ metrics.
• HA/DR: implements & tests failovers.
• Monitoring & Alerting: tune alerts; build dashboards.
• Security & Compliance: implements encryption/auditing.
• Scripting & Automation: robust automation/IaC.
• Incident Management: leads troubleshooting & RCA.
