Job summary

RBW Logistics is seeking an experienced SQF Practitioner to lead and continuously improve our food safety program on-site in Savannah, GA. You will serve as the food safety subject matter expert, coordinating audits, ensuring GMP compliance, and delivering engaging training to production staff.

The role requires PCQI certification, 3+ years in a GFSI scheme, and strong HACCP/HARPC knowledge. The position is full-time, on-site, with up to 25% travel for audits and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a GFSI food safety scheme (SQF strongly preferred).
• PCQI Certification is required.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, HARPC, and 21 CFR 117.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, review, and maintenance of the SQF System, including safety fundamentals and the food safety plan.
• Coordinate internal food safety audits and drive corrective actions to improve operations.
• Ensure GMP and food safety compliance across the Augusta Campus.
• Deliver engaging food safety training to team members.
• Maintain controlled documentation and food safety records.
