Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a QC Supervisor to join the QC Drug Product Packaging team on-site in Rensselaer, NY. You will oversee QC staff, manage workload, review protocols, and ensure GMP/SOP compliance, with training and audits participation.

You will lead lab investigations, author SOPs, and support cross-functional priorities while maintaining high-quality results in a fast-growing science-driven environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field, MS preferred.
• 5+ years in progressive, relevant pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises QC staff, distributes workload, and monitors progress.
• Reviews study protocols and reports.
• Attends meetings to keep informed of development and manufacturing priorities and activities.
• Ensures compliance with applicable cGMP regulations and SOPs.
• Organizes lab investigation and assay trouble shooting as necessary.
• Performs personnel management functions including time sheet submissions, scheduling of vacations, personnel development, and performance evaluations.
• Writes and revises SOPs, methods, protocols, and reports.
• Oversees daily operation of activities in area.
• Supports internal and regulatory audits.
• Ensures personnel receive proper and prompt training.
• Ensures that safety standards are maintained.

In this role, you will provide front line support for laboratory activities to support the testing and release of Drug Product Packaging and Medical Device Components.

Location: Rensselaer, New York, United States

Working model: Sunday - Thursday, 8AM - 4:30PM

Salary Range (annually)

$78,700.00 - $128,700.00
