Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc (USA) seeks a QC Supervisor to lead the QC Drug Product Packaging team on-site in Rensselaer, NY. You will provide front-line support for lab activities supporting testing and release of Drug Product Packaging and Medical Device Components.

You will supervise staff, review protocols, and ensure cGMP compliance while coordinating with QA and manufacturing. Excellent leadership and GMP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field; MS preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive, relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• Supervisory/leadership experience required.

• Reviews study protocols and reports.
• Attends meetings to stay informed of development and manufacturing priorities.
• Ensures compliance with cGMP regulations and SOPs.
• Organizes lab investigations and assay troubleshooting.

• Writes and revises SOPs, methods, protocols, and reports.
• Oversees daily operation of area activities.
• Supports internal and regulatory audits.

This role requires

Required: BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field, MS preferred, with 5+ years of progressive, relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory/leadership experience required.

Salary Range (annually) $78,700.00 - $128,700.00.
