Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for safe patient care.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program with licensure.
• ACEN or CCNE accreditation preferred.
• Eligible for state nursing licensure via bridge programs.
• Current, full, active nursing license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SPS orientation and learning plan development.
• Collect data and monitor staff compliance with policies.
• Provide reports detailing trends and support quality management.
• Deliver educational instruction for SPS staff and nurses.
• Support implementation of a comprehensive quality management program.
