HIRING NON-TSA DRIVERS

Off Max Logistics LLC is a driver-oriented company dedicated to supporting drivers in the transportation industry. Minimum Qualifications:

• Own a cargo or sprinter van under 10,000 lbs GVWR (14ft or below). No rentals or leased vehicles.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Clean driving record (preferred)
• Meet all legal requirements, including background checks
• At least 21 years old
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Insurance policy (required)
• Decent and safe work history

Equipment Requirements:

• Cargo or Sprinter Van from 2010 onward
• Clean cargo space
• No decals on the vehicle
• Good condition of equipment
