About the Job:

HIRING NON-TSA DRIVERS

Off Max Logistics LLC is a driver-oriented company that seeks effective ways to support drivers in the transportation industry. We understand the challenges of being on the road and hold drivers in high regard for their vital role in the economy. We are looking for owner-operators with their box trucks or sprinter vans who are highly motivated. We offer high-paying loads daily based on your needs, and you are not required to work exclusively with us.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Own a Sprinter Van or Cargo Van under 10,000 lbs GVWR (14ft and below). No rentals or leased vehicles.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Clean driving record (a plus)
• Meet all legal work qualifications, including passing a background check
• At least 21 years old
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Insurance policy (mandatory)
• Decent and safe work history

Equipment Requirements:

• Cargo Van/Sprinter Van
• Model from 2010 onward
• Clean cargo space
• No decals
• Good condition of equipment
