About the Job:

HIRING TSA DRIVERS

Off Max Logistics LLC is a driver-oriented company dedicated to supporting drivers in the transportation industry. We value the importance of drivers to the economy and are seeking owner-operators with Sprinter or Cargo Vans to join our team. We offer high-paying loads daily, with flexible scheduling, and you are not required to work exclusively with us.

Qualifications:

• Must have a TWIC card or STA certificate and be prepared to pass the TSA test.

Benefits and Pay:

• Quick pay option available — paid within 24 hours after load drop-off.
• Weekly pay ranging from $1,000 to $3,000, depending on miles and location.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van under 10,000 lbs GVWR (14ft or below); rentals or leases are not accepted.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Meet all legal work requirements, including background checks.
• At least 21 years old.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Valid insurance policy.
• Decent and safe work history.
• Must possess a TWIC card (we can sponsor TSA certification).

Equipment Requirements:

• Cargo or Sprinter Van from 2010 onward.
• Clean cargo space with no decals.
• Good condition of equipment.
