Job summary

Empire National Inc. is seeking owner-operators with a van or small straight truck (≤10,000 lbs) to transport loads regionally or interstate. Drivers will select loads, negotiate rates, and maintain compliance with insurance and licensing requirements.

We offer flexible rates based on load, location, and customer, no forced dispatch, and weekly ACH pay. Build your own schedule with local, regional, or OTR options and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.
• Inside dimensions minimum: 120x50x50 inches.
• Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible).
• Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).
• We are not accepting operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, load and dispatch owner-operator loads.
• Maintain compliant vehicle and insurance requirements.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with clients and support team.
• Provide reliable, on-time transportation and communicate status to clients.
