Job summary

Empire National Inc. is seeking owner-operators who own a Cargo/Sprinter van or small straight truck to haul freight across local, regional, or OTR routes. The company offers flexible rates negotiated per load and location, no forced dispatch, and the ability to build your own schedule.

Weekly pay via ACH and 24/7 operational support are provided. Required are a valid U.S. driver’s license, commercial auto insurance, and eligibility for Canada travel (Passport/Green Card).

Qualifications

• Must own a Cargo/Sprinter van or small straight truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Commercial auto liability insurance of $1,000,000 and cargo coverage specified.
• Passport and Green Card required for Canada availability.
• No operators with active USDOT or MC numbers accepted.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and choose loads based on location and customer requirements.
• Operate as an owner-operator with flexible, load-based rates.
• Maintain own schedule, no forced dispatch, and control over local, regional, or OTR routes.
• Ensure all loads are properly insured and compliant with regulations.
• Receive weekly pay via ACH and access 24/7 support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.


• Inside dimensions minimum: 120x50x50 inches.


• Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers.


• Valid U.S. driver’s license.


• Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible).


• Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).


• We are not accepting operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers.
