What We Look For

• Previous Sprinter Van Technician experience
• ASE certification(s) or certifications in brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance preferred
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Strong focus on achieving excellent customer service
• High attention to detail

What You Will Do

• Perform efficient and accurate work according to dealership and factory standards
• Complete system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality
• Maintain an organized shop area
• Communicate with service advisors about service status
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
