Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Technician at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles, using factory tools and diagnostics to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes diesel engine work, electrical troubleshooting, and collaboration with service advisors in a modern shop offering ongoing manufacturer training and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and Sprinter vans.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Mercedes-Benz experience or strong diesel fleet background is preferred.
• ASE and Mercedes-Benz certifications are advantageous.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections and warranty repairs.
• Utilize factory diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, diesel and drivability concerns.
• Complete repair orders accurately and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to deliver excellent customer service.

Dealership: L0401 Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Technician - Mercedes Benz Ann Arbor Are you a skilled technician with experience in diesel engines, commercial vehicles, fleet maintenance, or Mercedes-Benz service? We are looking for a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Technician who takes pride in delivering quality repairs, advanced diagnostics, and exceptional customer service. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing dealership team with state-of-the-art equipment, ongoing manufacturer training, and a strong pipeline of Sprinter van business. What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
• Utilize factory diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer repair procedures
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, diesel, transmission, and drivability concerns
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an automotive, diesel, fleet, commercial vehicle, or Mercedes-Benz technician
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with diesel engines preferred
• Mercedes-Benz certifications are a plus
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
