Job summary

Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC is seeking Sprinter/Cargo Van owner-operators in the United States to join our independent contractor network. You will operate under a written IC agreement and negotiate competitive rates with our dispatchers.

Applicants must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van (not newer than 2016 for Sprinter), be at least 21, fluent in basic English (Russian speakers welcomed), and be prepared to be approved and registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier as an owner-operator.

Qualifications

• Own Sprinter/Cargo Van as a key requirement.
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card holder or have work authorization.
• You and your drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• Speak, understand, and read basic English; Russian speakers are welcome.
• All drivers must be approved and registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier to accept a load.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an owner-operator under a written independent contractor agreement.
• Negotiate rates with dispatchers.
• Ensure vehicle and driver readiness and compliance as per company policy.
