Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking Sprinter/Cargo Van owner-operators in the United States to join an independent contractor network. You’ll operate as a load-ready driver under written IC agreements and negotiate rates with our dispatch team.

Applicants must own a vehicle, be 21 or older, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and have basic English (Russian speakers welcome). Vehicles must meet requirements and be registered with the company before loading.

Qualifications

• Must own Sprinter or Cargo Van (≤2016 for Sprinter)
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder
• Drivers 21+; speak/read basic English (Russian speakers welcomed)
• Approved, registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load
• Independent contractor agreement as owner-operator
• 6 months driving experience
• Vehicle PPE: at least 4 straps, PPE; decals removed; inform before road use
