Qualifications

• Must own Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• US citizenship, permanent resident, green card or work authorization.
• Drivers and applicants 21+ years old.
• Must speak/read basic English; Russian speakers welcomed.
• Must be approved and registered as owner-operator with Victoria Logistics Carrier.

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator under independent contract with Victoria Logistics Carrier.
• Accept loads and deliver cargo per dispatch instructions.
• Maintain vehicle safety standards and PPE as required.
• Ensure timely payments with dispatch partners; expect 3–5 business days for payments.
