Hello, guys!

We are hiring Sprinters/Cargo Van owner‑operators for our company VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER. We work under an independent contract agreement and offer very competitive rates. You can always negotiate the rate with our dispatchers as well.

A large number of loads. Each of our dispatchers has 4+ years of experience, giving us plenty of broker contacts.

Competitive Rates:

• Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $1.05 – $1.35 per mile; (long miles, bad areas): $0.90 – $1.10 per mile. Canada – Sprinters $1.25 – $1.55 per mile.
• Personalized loads. We ask you in detail what kinds of loads you prefer and only offer loads you will be interested in – this saves you a lot of time.
• Payment: 3–5 business days, quick pay 3%.
• Days range: Monday–Friday.

Basic Requirements:

• You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter/Cargo Van).
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card holder, or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers must be at least 21 years of age.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.
• All drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.
• VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers. You are submitting the application to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner‑operator.

Vehicle Requirements:

• Sprinter should not be older than 2016.
• All vehicles should have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
• All decals must be removed.
• If you make any changes to your vehicle, you must inform us before putting the vehicle on the road and must also send registration and insurance for the vehicle.
• Driving experience of at least 6 months.
• Minimum average monthly salary: $8,000 and more (depends on vehicle, willingness to work, payload, Hazmat certificate, TSA/TWIC).
