Join to apply for the Sprinkler Service Technician role at Kistler O'Brien Fire Protection.

Encore Fire Protection is seeking a Sprinkler Service Technician based out of our Paoli, PA office. We are committed to saving lives and protecting property through fire suppression, sprinkler, and alarm solutions. Join a company dedicated to customer-centric fire protection, combining technical expertise and excellent service.

Responsibilities
  1. Service, test, inspect, and troubleshoot fire sprinkler systems, with or without supervision. Installation skills are a plus but not required.
  2. Work overtime, including nights, weekends, and emergency calls as needed.
  3. Coordinate with contractors, customers, and maintenance personnel to complete daily tasks.
  4. Identify code compliance and non-conformance issues.
  5. Make confident and accurate recommendations for system improvements.
  6. Respond promptly to troubleshooting and repair needs.
  7. Maintain high standards of work ethic and attention to detail.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma required; industry experience preferred.
  2. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within Maryland.
  3. Strong attention to detail and understanding of blueprints.
  4. Knowledge of fire codes and sprinkler systems, including necessary tools.
  5. Ability to work at heights up to 30+ feet and in adverse weather conditions.
  6. Lift up to 50 pounds; experience with lift operations and OSHA guidelines.
  7. NICET certification is a plus.
