Firetrol Protection Systems - Sprinkler Service Technician

Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a Sprinkler Service Technician to support a diverse portfolio of service. The technician will maintain a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations, build relationships with current customers by delivering on promises, and proactively create new relationships by promoting all of our services. Responsibilities:

• Perform service work on fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems, as well as backflow and fire pumps.
• Troubleshoot and maintain these systems, ensuring compliance with NFPA 13, 20 & 24 code requirements.
• Use trade-appropriate tools efficiently and safely for pipe fitting duties.
• Train others in the use of trade tools and safety procedures.
• Operate basic service platforms.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sprinkler Service, with a total of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and related codes.
• Clear background check and ability to pass a drug screen.
