Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Sprinkler Helper to join our team in Concord, NC. You will assist Foreman and Fitters with installation, inspection, troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance of sprinkler systems, while delivering outstanding customer service on project sites.

Responsibilities include site preparation, loading/unloading materials and assisting with setup of equipment and installation activities to support the field crew and ensure safety and quality on each job.

• Sprinkler Helpers assist Foreman & Fitters with installation, inspection and servicing.
• Prepare work sites and load/unload materials and tools.
• Support teams to ensure safety and quality on assigned projects.

Job Summary:

Sprinkler Helpers are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while assisting Foreman & Fitters with tasks related to the installation, modification, inspection, troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance of assigned systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and/or prepare work sites for installation projects


• Assist in loading/unloading of materials, machinery and tools


• Assist in setting up work area, including equipment
