Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Sprinkler Install Support Technician to assist with installing fire sprinkler systems on job sites. You will work under direct supervision, learn industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols while supporting technicians and the project team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of sprinkler-related experience. A clean driving record and active driver’s license are required if driving is part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sprinkler work or a related field.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license (if driving is required).

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Use hand tools and equipment under direct supervision.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Observe and learn proper installation techniques.
• Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
• Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
