Pye-Barker Fire & Safety in Washington is hiring a Sprinkler Apprentice to learn installation of fire sprinkler systems under direct supervision. This entry-level role emphasizes safety, tool use, and practical skills on commercial projects.

No prior experience required beyond a high school diploma. You will travel to job sites, support technicians, and grow toward independent responsibilities while earning competitive hourly pay and benefits.

• Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license (if driving is required).

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
• Perform tasks as directed and does not independently perform jobs.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

The Sprinkler Apprentice assists in the installation of fire sprinkler systems. The Sprinkler Apprentice works under direct supervision and assists with basic tasks while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols.

Pay Range

• $18.00 - $21.00 hourly DOE
