Job Details

Position: Seasonal Bartender

Location: SpringHill Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront

Pay Range: $6.00/hr (base pay, plus gratuity)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Seasonal Bartender to provide exceptional service to our guests in a fun, fast-paced environment. You should have a strong knowledge of alcohol, be familiar with PMS for managing orders and inventory, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

1. Take and deliver orders efficiently while providing excellent guest service.
2. Learn and describe menu items accurately.
3. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
4. Work collaboratively with team members.
5. Manage multiple orders and guests simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications

1. At least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
2. Effective communication and positive attitude.
3. Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions.
4. Prolonged standing and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
5. Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
