Pay Range: $16.00/hr (fixed)

About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you are the heart of the hotel with a passion for great service. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms daily according to hotel procedures, performing deep cleaning activities, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment. Maintain lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Stock and organize housekeeping carts, replace bed linens, restock supplies, and perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly attitude and exhibit excellent customer service skills.
• Maintain safety and compliance by respecting guest and hotel property, safeguarding sensitive areas, and practicing safe work habits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills with guests and team members.
