Role Responsibilities

The Housekeeper cleans guest rooms and common areas, inspects for maintenance issues, responds to guest requests, and ensures confidentiality and security of guest information.

Key Responsibilities

• Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests and staff
• Walk assigned floors, remove newspapers, trash, linens; note urgent cleaning needs
• Maintain cleanliness of shared areas and assist with linen and trash removal
• Report maintenance issues
• Assist with cleaning tasks as needed
• Manage trash disposal and deliver linens
• Keep housekeeping areas organized and clean

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift; physical demands include pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing stairs
• Open availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred but not required
