Position: Front Desk Agent

Location: Springhill Suites by Marriott

Pay Range: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Start Date: Immediately

Role Overview

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for guest services, including check-ins and check-outs, answering phones, and handling special requests in accordance with hotel policies.

Essential Duties
  • Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints.
  • Know hotel features, rates, promotions, and occupancy status.
  • Manage cash bank and verify guest information.
  • Communicate guest requests to relevant departments.
  • Process check-outs and update hotel occupancy systems.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Basic math, computer skills (Word, Outlook), and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours.
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
Preferred Characteristics
  • Guest service experience preferred.
  • Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role requires physical ability to stand, bend, reach overhead, push, and lift up to 50lbs.
