Now Hiring – Midwest Regional Truck Drivers (Springfield-Based)

Home Weekly + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Looking for steady miles and weekly home time? This regional opportunity based out of Springfield is built around what drivers actually need—time at home, good pay, and reliable routes.

What You Can Expect:

• Home Weekly: Enjoy a regular 34-hour reset at home each week.

• Regional Routes: Haul freight that stays within a focused area, helping you get home more often and keeping your schedule predictable.

• Mileage: Average about 2,000 miles per week, depending on hours of service and availability.

• Pay: Earn approximately $1,200 gross per week.

• Haul Length: Average run is around 300 miles.

• Freight: 100% no-touch. Loads are a mix of 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unload.

Equipment & Driver Support:

• Trucks: Late-model equipment (2021 or newer) — Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths.

• Driver Support: 24/7 access to dispatch and operations whenever you need assistance.

Paid Time Off:

• After 1 year: 1 week of vacation

• After 3 years: 2 weeks

• After 7 years: 3 weeks

• After 15 years: 4 weeks

Bonuses & Extra Pay:

• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after your first two hours waiting.

• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day

• Sign-On Bonus:

  • $500 after your first completed load

  • Another $500 after your first 30 days (must be active and seated to receive)

• Performance Bonus:

  • Up to an additional 3 CPM for safe, consistent driving

  • Begins the first of the month after hire

Requirements for Bonus Eligibility:

• Must be an active company driver on the day the bonus is paid.

• Bonus program terms may change with notice according to applicable law.

• This does not alter the at-will status of employment.
