Qualifications

• State of Ohio teaching license/certificate preferred but not required.
• Current First Aid, Health and Safety for Coaches certificate on file (valid for 2 years).
• Concussion in Sports and CPR certificates are required.
• Current Pupil Activity Permit and ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated coaching and administrative capabilities.
• Coaching experience preferred and knowledge of sports and conditioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise middle school basketball coaching duties and practices.
• Assess player strengths/deficiencies and prescribe corrective action.
• Manage equipment and season logistics.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and fellow coaches to support student-athletes.

Employment Status: Part time

Qualifications:

1. State of Ohio Teaching license/certificate (preferred-not required).
2. Current BCI/FBI on file
3. Evidence of good moral character as established in section 3301-20-01 of the Ohio Administrative Code.
4. Ability to maintain confidential information.
5. Fundamentals of Coaching Certificate
6. Current First Aid, Health and Safety for Coaches certificate on file (valid for 2 years)
7. Concussion in Sports Certificate
8. Current CPR Certificate/Card
9. Current Pupil Activity Permit
10. Demonstrated coaching and administrative capabilities.
