Renhill Group is currently looking for caring, compassionate individuals to work one-on-one with special needs students as a Behavior Technician on a permanent, full-time basis at Springfield Local Schools in Holland, Ohio for the 2026-2027school year.
A Behavior Technician is a paraprofessional with specialized training primarily responsible for the direct implementation of skill scquisition and behavior reduction plans. The role of the Behavior Technician is to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors throughout the school setting.
This position offers a set schedule, Monday – Friday, during the hours of roughly 7am – 3:45pm, depending on the school.
