Discipulus Ventures is an early-stage fund located in El Segundo, at the heart of a rapidly growing hard tech ecosystem. The Role

Spring Interns at Discipulus Ventures will take on a generalist role. You will support our spring cohort of investee companies while gaining hands‑on exposure to every layer of what it takes to build a mission‑driven accelerator.

What You'll Do

• Cohort Support: Work directly alongside founders in our spring accelerator cohort — helping with market research, strategic projects, operational needs, and investor communications
• Portfolio Operations: Support existing portfolio companies with ad hoc projects, partnership introductions, and resource coordination
• Fund Operations: Contribute to internal processes including LP communications, event planning, and content creation
• Ecosystem Engagement: Attend founder events, demo days, and community gatherings across the El Segundo and greater Los Angeles area
