Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership offers a comprehensive on-site internship program at one of our premier resort locations, available in 3- or 6-month durations. You will gain hands-on experience in a designated department, receive guidance from senior leaders, and participate in exclusive leadership sessions.

Interns work on-site in San Antonio, TX, with a focus on developing hospitality and business skills, while exploring different departments and networking with executives.

Qualifications

• Must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level.
• Hospitality or Business Management majors preferred; other disciplines encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-person, on-site work experience within a designated department.
• Receive guidance from property leaders to shape career path.
• Participate in sessions with senior executives for leadership insights.
• Shadow a different department for broader resort operations exposure.
• Engage in two interviews with senior leaders to learn about career journeys.
• Collaborate on a project contributing to business innovation.
• Join online sessions to explore areas of the Hyatt Vacation Ownership business.
