Visual Property Management is seeking a Spring Semester Leasing & Marketing Intern to support leasing operations and marketing initiatives in New York. You will assist in sourcing tenant leads, coordinate property tours, and work with Marketing, Operations and Asset Management to gain broad experience in leasing and market research.

You will be paid hourly and housing assistance is available for relocation as needed, providing practical experience in fast-paced real estate operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Business, Real Estate or related field.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and basic market research abilities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• As a new member of the Leasing Team, you’ll assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting leads operations.
• You’ll gain practical experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making.
• The intern should be prepared to work in a fast paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in leasing matters.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management.
• Help coordinate property tours, tenant inquiries.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency in (MS: Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Word).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Currently pursuing a 4 year degree with a field of study in, Business, Real Estate or any related fields.
• Intern will be paid $8/hr. and $100 per lease
• Free housing can be offered if relocation is needed.
