Job summary

The Global Justice Center (GJC) seeks highly motivated Legal Interns for the spring 2027 term, focusing on international human rights law, gender equality, and accountability for sexual and gender-based violence.

Ideal candidates will work well in a small, dynamic team, contribute to legal analysis, and gain exposure to current trends in international law. Hybrid schedule with a New York office and optional fully remote arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Enrolled law student or recent graduate (within 3 years of graduating).
• Knowledge of and experience in international law or human rights law.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• English fluency required; additional languages, especially French, a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
