• Quality inspection, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus.

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Experience using gauges and inspection tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Catch springs as they exit production machines and place them into trays according to specifications.
• Inspect springs and components for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
• Examine products for cracks, incomplete welds, dimensional issues, and other defects.
• Compare products against visual standards and quality requirements.
• Use go/no-go gauges and inspection tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Identify, separate, and document non-conforming products.
• Notify supervisors of quality concerns or production issues.
• Verify lot dates and maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation.
• Pack, label, and prepare inspected products as required.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
