Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Spring Co-op to join the Scientific Data Support Analyst team in the mRNA Center of Excellence for Vaccines in Waltham, MA. The 6-month program offers mentorship and hands-on experience in data pipelines, dashboards, and digital tools supporting CMC PD&I and R&D workflows.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Computer Science, or related fields with plans to graduate by Spring 2029.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship at time of application or in the future.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
• Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday for the full duration of the co-op/internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the review and analysis of current data practices within lab-based departments, identifying areas for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of data pipelines to ensure seamless integration of diverse data sources.
• Develop and improve dashboards and visualizations to enhance data interpretation and decision-making processes.
• Utilize digital tools and data analytics to support R&D initiatives and streamline workflows.
• Work on lab equipment connectivity and ensure seamless integration between OT and IT systems.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance data quality, accessibility, and FAIR principles.
